Il ciclo della musa che Stiari realizza dopo un periodo di "ab-
bandono", induce a pensieri lontani, a Baudelaire, a Mal-
larmč. L'assunto č simile: l'arte non rappresenta, rivela per
segni una realtā che č al di qua o al di lā della coscienza;
propone una dipendenza tra materia e onirico, il sogno come
rivelazione della realtā profonda dell'essere, dell'esistenza
inconscia.
Il dipinto diventa un luogo diafano attraverso il quale si attua
una misteriosa osmosi, si stabilisce una continuitā tra il mon-
do oggettivo e il mondo soggettivo.

"muse" - 2001
The Muse cycle that Stiari achieves after a period of
"neglect, inspire distant thoughts, reminds us of Baudelaire
and Mallarmč. The assumption is similar: Art does not
represent but reveals through the signe a reality which is
either on this side or the other side of consciousness; it
suggests an interdependence between matter and dream,
where the dream is revelation of the deep reality of the
being, the unconscious existence.
The painting becomes then a diaphanous place where a
mysterious osmosis can come true and a continuity is set
between an objective and a subjective world.
